International Flights: It takes an average of 50 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes for immigration and baggage claim after the plane arrives. We will wait for free up to 1 and a half hours based on the actual arrival time of the plane.
Domestic Flights: We offer free waiting for up to 1 hour from the actual arrival time of the plane.
After the free waiting time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, additional charges will apply every hour.
Our driver will contact you through text messages or phone calls without prior notice after arriving at the airport. Driver status updates, including the driver's name and phone number, will be provided via text messages, and email to passengers and reservation agents. This allows you to check the driver's status, such as "Driver is en route," "Driver has arrived at the scene," "Passenger has boarded the vehicle," "Passenger has disembarked," etc.
