1. What is the maximum deadline to cancel reservation?

Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we suggest you do so at least 24 hours in advance for pickups in NYC 5 Boroughs, including Airports and at least 24 hours in advance for pickups in Connecticut, Westchester and New Jersey including Airports. Cancellations made after these timeframes may be subject to fees.

2. Provided that I have already made my reservation from the airport, what should I do once I land?

After you retrieve your luggage, please call us with your confirmation number so that we can direct you to your car. The driver will pick you up within minutes at the Passenger Pick-Up Areas, which you can locate outside the Terminals. You may reach us through the telephone lines provided on the ‘contact us‘ section on our website.

3. What are the passenger and luggage capacities of the various vehicles?

If you make a reservation for an SUV and Min Van, you are eligible to take up 5 passengers with 5 standard size pieces of luggage. However, in Sprinter 10PP Van, you can take up to 10 passengers with 10 standard size pieces of luggage.

4. What is the maximum deadline to make a reservation?

VIP Manhattan Tour service suggests that all reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee the availability of the car.

5. Will I get a call when my car arrives?

As a courtesy to our customers, we attempt to contact all our customers when their drivers are on location. However, we are not always able to contact passengers upon a driver’s arrival due to heavy call volume.
